Cabbage soup recipe is one of the best and easy yogic diet - low in fat and high in fibre. It could help you get into leaner shape faster than any other food. This is a good recipe for quick weight loss in a lesser time in a very easy manner.



  • Cabbage - 1/2

  • Onions - 4

  • Tomatoes - 2

  • Carrots - 2

  • Mushrooms

  • Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.

Cut onions, put in pot and start to sauté with cooking spray. Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, put in pot. Cut carrots into bite size pieces, put in it. Slice mushrooms into thick slices, put in pot. Put 10 cups of water, cover and put heat on low. Let the soup cook for a long time. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
